NSTAR CORP has continuously enhanced its reputation through personnel, refined and accredited processes, and equipment to become the premier manufacturer of precision weights.

NSTAR CORP staff includes qualified and trained technical managers and highly trained calibration engineers. We have highly qualified technical managers on staff who track and control our measurement processes to assure superior quality.

WHAT WE DO

  • NSTAR CORP is manufacturing and supplying OIML standard calibration weights ranging from 1 mg to 500 kg in E1-E2-F1-F2-M1-M2-M3 classes.
  • 10+ Years of Experience in Mass Metrology. Now offering consultancy for NABL as well as GATC.
  •  Accredited Calibration Scope for Test Weights and Weighing balance Calibration in the range of 1 mg to 500 kg.

NSTAR CORP has the 7 mass comparators, and we are constantly purchasing new comparators to keep our capabilities up to date to maintain the highest level of precision in calibration. We also use the most  appropriate software to track the performance of our equipment and standards to assure that our calibration system is in control.

2019
Company Establishment
  • March 2019 : NSTAR Corp is officially established as proprietorship firm. The founder determine the business structure and begin to develop their business plan
  • July 2019 : The company has started the manufacturing operations for calibration weights from 1 mg to 20 kg in accordance with International standards i.e., OIML R-111.

2020
Survival
  • March 2020 : The company faces challenges or obstacles, such as economic downturns or supply chain disruptions due to corona pandemic. The management has adapt to the changing environment and implement strategies to stay competitive
  • November 2020 : Installation of first set of Mass Comparators from Sartorius, Germany for mass calibrations and manufacturing operations. The company reaches its first year in business and celebrates the milestone. The founder reflect on the accomplishments and challenges of the past year and plan for future growth and expansion.

2021
ISO 17025 (NABL) Accreditation, Automatic Mass Comparator
  • February 2021 : NSTAR Corp (Metrology Department) got an ISO 17025 : 2017 (NABL) accreditations for precision mass standards and weighing balance calibrations for 1 mg to 500 kg denominations for E1 Class to M3 Class.
  • September 2021 : Shipping the First Export Consignment. The company reaches its second year in business and celebrates the milestone. The founder(s) reflect on the accomplishments and challenges of the past year and plan for future growth and expansion

 

 

2022
NABL Onsite Assessment
Maintaining the ISO 17025 Accreditation with better CMCs for specified range. Manufacturing the customized stackable design & rectangular design weights (10 kg to 50 kg) in stainless steel material for customer order. In December 2022, NSTAR Corp has implemented the process for volume determination of test weights using OIML R111 recommended method.
2023
NABL Renewal of Accreditation
Renewal of Accreditation from NABL in January 2023. Being the premier laboratory to offer assured 1/3rd uncertainty to the MPE for OIML E1 class test weights from 1 mg to 50 kg in India with volumetric / density determinations.
