Warranty

A warranty is a type of guarantee that a manufacturer makes regarding the condition of its product. It also refers to the terms and situations in which repairs or exchanges will be made in the event that the product does not function as originally described or intended.

NSTAR Corp offers a warranty of full 365 days from the date of purchase of instruments to its original buyers. In the event of repair, the repaired unit will be warranted for the remainder of the original specified warranty period or sixty (60) days, whichever is longer.

NSTAR Corp agrees to correct the product, either by repair or by replacement, any defects in material or workmanship which develops within the specified warranty period after delivery of this product to the original purchaser.

NSTAR Corp’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product and NSTAR Corp shall not, in any event, be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from use or possession of this product.

This warranty gives you the specific legal rights, and you may have other rights also, to claim for a repair or a replacement of the purchased products.

This warranty shall not apply if the defect or malfunction was caused by accident, neglect, unreasonable use, improper service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. There are no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, those of merchantability to fitness for a particular purpose, which extend beyond the description and period set forth herein.
